Maghsoud Health Center started its activities since 2009 in two sectors of treatment and medical emergency & safety, occupational health & environment. The available medical equipment includes EKG and spirometers, advanced stretchers (chair stretchers and scoops), a variety of advanced air splints, and staff workplace monitoring equipment, including "sound level meter, lux meters, and tube detectors".

What distinguishes this center from other health centers of manufacturing companies is its physical structure, technical equipment, and special attention to the priority of prevention over treatment. Accordingly, annual periodic examinations and tests, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) training during the work, daily safety monitoring and controls, and monitoring of environmental factors are conducted with measurement devices. Besides, the center is equipped with advanced ambulances and has the approvals of the Bureau of Standards and the Ministry of Health.
